The vessel can be constructed to classification society standards and is constructed by welders certified to International DNV and Lloyds standards. Non destructive testing is carried out in critical areas. The best alloy wire and argon gas mixes to provide the most appropriate welding process for the Thai environmental conditions.
The exterior finish uses a minimum of filler and is primarily the application of an International Paints multicoated hi-build paint system to give the desired fairness to the hull. The hull can be finished "as built", "prime finish" a semi gloss finish or "Yacht finish", using the high grade, high gloss International Paints yacht grade polyurethane paint system.
